Ticketpros is the appointed booking Agent to Pulse Media Leadership Reimagined
Tickets are bought through Ticketpros via a link on the Pulse Media website. See their terms and conditions on their website page when you buy your tickets
Tickets will be issued by Ticketpros upon receipt of full payment
The ticket price includes VAT
We reserve the right to refuse entry if an official Ticketpros issued ticket is not presented at registration

Refund Policy: Please review the Ticketpros terms and conditions regarding timeframe cancellations and refunds. No refund will be issued within 30 days of the event.
Substitute Delegates: A substitute delegate may attend the conference in the place of a registered attendee who cannot attend.
Organiser Changes/Cancellations: We reserve the right to change the venue, speakers, agenda, or format at any time without prior notice.
If conference is Cancelled or Postponed. Please refer to terms and conditions on the Ticketpros website

Attendees are required to behave in a respectful, professional manner and observe all venue rules and applicable laws.
Attendees may not solicit business, promote, or advertise in public spaces or other exhibition areas unless they are a sponsor with a designated space.

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that the event organizers, or their designated service providers, may photograph, film, and/or otherwise record the conference proceedings and attendees for promotional, marketing, archival, and reporting purposes, without compensation to you. All rights to such media belong exclusively to the event organizers. You waive any rights to inspect or approve the use of your likeness in any such recordings.

Unauthorized Photography and Recording Prohibited.
Attendees are strictly prohibited from taking any photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings of conference sessions, presentations, materials, or other attendees without the prior express written consent of the event organizers. This prohibition extends to, but is not limited to, the use of smartphones, cameras, and any other recording devices.
Reason for Prohibition.
This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property of our speakers, sponsors, and the event organizers, and to ensure the privacy and exclusivity of the conference content and participants.
Enforcement and Consequences.
Any attendee found to be in violation of this policy may have their badge confiscated, be asked to leave the event venue immediately without a refund, and may be banned from attending future events. The event organizers reserve the right to confiscate unauthorized recording equipment and to pursue legal action for any breaches of intellectual property or copyright.

Attendance of this event is entirely at your own risk.
Pulse Media Leadership Reimagined (Pty) Ltd, its organisers, sponsors, exhibitors and the venue accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, injury, damage or harm (whether personal, property-related or otherwise) that may occur before, during or after the event.
By attending you voluntarily indemnify and hold harmless Pulse Media Leadership Reimagined (Pty) Ltd and all associated parties against any claims arising from your attendance or participation.
